8-12 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON THE UNIT SIZE/SITE CONDITIONS. WE ARE NOT A MODULAR COMPANY, SO A PORTION OF YOUR CONTAINER UNIT WILL BE BUILT OFF SITE, AND A PORTION ON SITE.

TYPICALLY 2 MONTHS, BUT THIS TIME LINE CAN VARY BASED ON THE LOCAL DEPARTMENT.

THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FEES TO INSTALL THE UNIT AND DO THE SITE WORK ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE UNIT COST.  TYPICALLY THE INSTALL COST WILL RANGE FROM $20k – $60K DEPENDING ON MODEL / SITE CONDITIONS.
